Hello everyone,
I am 18, female, and weigh 240 pounds. Last year I joined this forum and lost 40 pounds (going from 270 to 230) but I stopped trying to lose due to major life happenings and gained back 10. My goal is to lose the 10 I gained back, as well as get down to 165, and take it from there. Any advice is welcome
For now, I am counting calories and working out every other day.
