hi im Oney, pronounced as "Ownee", and just started using this forum for support. been visiting this forum for 3 days now and finally had the courage to post my own thread. i'm pretty excited for a good and permanent result of my hard work in losing weight. i had been a yoyo dieter for a long time. im more enrgetic now and lost a 3 lbs already. my current weight is 140 lbs and aiming for 130 lbs for now hmmmm!

let's get it on!!!!
 
well done, keep it up, i am needing some support to get started losing weight as am into emotional eating due to lack of love at home, marriage is sour so eat on my own to try and offset empty feelings at night, want to go from 93kgs to 70 kgs.

Well done for finding the courage to post. It took me a long time. I had been reading things for a lot longer than 3 days before I got round to posting anything.

Hi James100/KJV, thanks for your reply. support is very important in our journey. i hope you get the support you need in this forum. i find this support system very helpful. sorry to hear about your sour marriage, i hope you both get to resolve your issues. 23 kilos to go for you...you can do it! :)

Lol, I was actually at work when I found this...3 days of lurking the forum...that means 3 days of not being productive at work...hahaha! Then finally had my first post.
