Hello, I am new to this forum and am looking for accountability, support, encouragement, etc. in losing weight and establishing a healthier lifestyle. A few years ago I lost about 100 lbs. over the course of about 2 years. I lost it using calorie counting then switched to weight watchers, drinking lots of water, eating healthier foods, and exercising. I felt great. Unfortunately, over the last 2 years I have gained back. All of it. :banghead: I know that it is due to my own poor choices and I have no excuse. I've just gone through a break-up and am wanting to work on setting some goals in my life and one of them is working towards being healthy again.

Anyway, I want to start with calorie counting and regular exercise. I really want to lose 100 lbs. in the next couple of years. I did it before and I know I can do it again.
