Hi everyone! My name is Chelsea and I'm a 19 year old college student. I've gained about thirty pounds between the end of junior year of high school and halfway through my sophomore year of college =\ Over the summer my Dad was getting my entire family up at 6am and we ran around the the 1.2 mile track every day a couple of times, and I lost 20 pounds doing that, but unfortunately I've gained it all back. All throughout high school I rode horses and never really had to go to the gym because I was always doing work at the barn and riding, but not having my horse at college with my took a big toll on me. This semester I have my horse with me, finally, so I'm riding again on top of going to the gym as often as I can. I go to a school in a really cold area, but as soon as it's warm enough, I would love to start running early in the morning again before class. It really helped, and if I can do that as well as ride and go to the gym I'll hopefully look great come summer!!

Goal Weight: 130-135 lbs
 
Hey!

That's a very common problem for many post-high school students. Do you have snow where you live? I would suggest finding a buddy and going snowshoeing... trust me... you won't be cold!
