Thanks for the welcomes. Zera- I am into a cleansing and replenishment program through a company called Isagenix. I am loving it. (REMOVED)
I only need to lose about 20 pounds but these are the rough ones. I am active as I work in masonry and also walk a lot as well. Already lost 2 inches off my waist and about 7 poinds in 22 days. Nothing real special- just using the products and all. Thanks for asking.

I had come here to welcome you and you had to ruin it by trying to get our users to go to a 'detox' site.

PS: Your 'diet' has been exposed by major news networks as a scam. Detox is a fraud and if you are a real person trying to lose weight, run from this stuff as fast as you can.
