My name is Jon. I am 5'4 about 220 pounds. I am 26 years old. I am new to this diet/weight loss thing. Just looking for some good advice to loose weight. Be healthy and have more energy. hope to find good help and encouragement here.

I found this website researching the slow carb diet featured in four hour body by Tim ferris.
 
There is a huge post about the 4 hour body around this forum somewhere :) Welcome to WLF and good luck! I'd recommend starting a food diary in the diary section to log your intake for a week or so (or longer, I've had one for over a year!) :)
 
yeah..really big..debateful..at times hostile..thread about 4 hour body
