I've been trying to find some motivation and some initiative to get into the game here. I have a lot to work for though, I mean, so it's not like I don't want to, but between school and work and life I've found it difficult to find time. I think this message board is exactly what I need to get me going again, at least going to the gym more often.

Anyways, I've lost about 15 lbs since this past summer, and am currently at about 301-304 lbs. 21 years old and of the male gender, and I'm not sure what else to say.
 
Welcome. Are you tracking what you eat at all?

I'm not tracking, well at least not on paper. I have a pretty good mental idea of what I should and shouldn't eat and I'm staying away from the fast food restaurants as well as things like pizza.
 
That's good. Sometimes it helps to keep a food journal just to get an idea. You don't have to count calories if it won't work fo you. But it cam be surprising how much we comsume throughout the course of the day.

I started at about the same weight as you. How tall are you?

Six foot-nothing. Fun thing is I'm pretty athletic for my size, most of what holds me back is endurance.
