as for breakfast.. do not skip. oatmeal is great if you need more fiber. eat an ocasional egg and a slice of wholewheat taost with olive oil instead of butter. lunch can be as simple as a turkey sandwich on wheat with mustard and lettuce... some lowercal cheese. have a snack of fruit in between meals... even almonds and pistachios.. googles them because they have so many things about them. carbs ARE good for you but you want to eat the low processed ones. only wholewheat pastas and brown rice. i live in italy and ive been eating too much pasta... and im paying for it too... i do have a suggestion as to but avacado as a substitute for sauce. i like to make a guacamole and put a few spoons over spagetti. its very buttery flavored. dinner should be in much smaller portions and try to eat at least 3 hours before bedtime. just think that you can wake up hungry to eat the most important meal... and go down in meal size as the day goes... and space out meals...
