As the title says... I'm a
I'm here in the hopes that it will help me to get my butt off the couch and lose weight.
A little history about me:
I've never been a skinny minny. But I was at least in shape in high school. Doing cheerleading and softball. I weighed 170ish going into my senior year when I met my husband.
Well of course I started to slowly gain the comfortable weight that everyone puts on. At 20, I got pregnant with my first son
, with that pregnancy I got to 250,
. After about a year after my son was born, I started to lose weight. Alot of weight. Within 6 months, I lost 50 lbs. Then I got pregnant again at 23, with my second son. I gained 60lbs with this pregnancy. Again about after a year or so, I started to lose weight due to stress. I got down to 220. After the stress was gone, I got comfortable again and went back up to 240-250ish. I was fed up and started going back to the gym and walking everyday, trying to watch what I ate. I got down to 220 again. Then I had an unexpected twist.... I found out I was pregnant at 26. After I had my daughter, I was at 263. Where I currently am now.
Being a Stay At Home Mom now, I find myself being lazy ALOT.
I still try to go for walks with my dog, I pay for a gym membership that I don't use, cause after all is said and done at night after dinner, I find myself sitting down on the couch reading. I'll look at the Wii Fit and say to myself " it's right there, just get on and do it!" But I never do.
And then of course I get mad at myself, cause it's right there and I have no motovation to do it.
I see all these online weight lose forums and have never tried them. So I'm hoping that by doing this, since I check the computer at least 5 times a day, that I can start to get my motovation back to lose the weight I want.
My goal is to be what I was in high school, even though my "ideal" weight is around 140. I don't think I'll ever see that, but I will be happy with 160-170.
