its more about a healthy life style for me now than my weight but i could lose a few pounds =]
 
just stick to weight training and a healthy diet and don't try to focus on "losing the pounds" so much..if you keep up a healthy and active lifestyle..you will see results. And since you have lost so much weight..just strengthening and toning those muscles might get you where you want to be!
