Hi...

I was 209 two weeks ago. My goal is 169...that's 40 pounds. I am 205 today - down 4.....with 36 to go.

I am searching for encouragement to keep me going. I have struggled being 20 to 60 pounds overweight forever.

Four pounds is a great start...use that loss to motivate you to keep going...once I started seeing that number on my scale go down, I was psyched to keep going! Soon, your clothes will start feeling loose and that is a great motivator!!!!
