Hi there,

I'm new to this website. I was lurking around for a bit before registering and saw some awesome support and advice. Hoping I can fit right in! :)

Ever since the summer of 2006 i have been on many crash diets and eventually gained all the weight i had lost, plus some. I'm not a very obese person, just need to lose a little weight to finally feel better about myself.

Currently I stand at 135lbs. I know it doesn't sound that bad, but it is when you're 18 years old, have a high BMI and are 5'2'' . More importantly, I've gained about 20lbs in 2 years. It isn't a healthy road I'm headed on, and I'd like to change it now before it's too late. I want to live healthier and feel great about myself.

20lbs, no sweat! You'll have that off in no time flat.

yeah those binge and shirt term diets are pretty nasty in the long road. Just changing the overall eating habits to eating a few more fruit and veg and a little less junk and you should be sweet :)
