Hey y'all
So i really need to lose this weight that I've kept on pretty much my whole life. I was thin for a short amount of time while I was 15 but that was not healthy and so I never could maintain it. First off, I'm 19 and a sophomore at a US Service Academy. If you know anything about those they're very physical oriented and I have a hard time with the run which could affect me this next year. And the food there is atrocious, especially for vegetarians like me where the only food is carbs. I really need to lose about 40 pounds to get down to a healthy BMI and feel good about myself and not be embarrassed around my super fit classmates. Whcih is why I came here, because people at school don't really understand what it's like to have a hard time losing/maintaining weight, I never really had support. So that's what I would love to find here, someone to keep me accountable and more in shape.

Bust - 37.5:
thigh - 27"
Arm - 14"
Neck - 12.75"

yeah I know what its like when other people dont understand how it is to lose weight. I'd say just keep coming to this site and looking for advice and knowledge and you will meet your goals in due time.
