I am also new and looking for inspiration and/or to learn how others cope
I am on the 1st Personal Diet - started on Feb 1 - and have to lose just over a 3rd of my body weight, the corresponding fat and myriad other health and social problems this brings.
To date I have lost about a 6th of what I need to lose and I fall off the track on weekends - used to stuffing my face continously on Saturday and Sunday - so it is really difficult to focus over the weekends.
Guess the change will be gradual, as I learn to deal with my food dependence and general mental wellbeing...
So, here is to radiance, health and obviously svelte and slim us!
