Hi guys,
I am new here & wanted to start out with a simple intro.
Currently I am 6'7 295 lbs I wish to drop down to 230lbs or back to 2 xlt shirts & a size 36 waist.
I came from a pant size 54 down to a 46 which are now loose and I need to buy some new 42 or 44's. Luckly I put all of my old cloths away in storage so when I dropped down on the weight I was about to pull all of my old shirts out. I now have 40 shirt's but only 2 pairs of jeans that fit. My shirts went from size 4X & 5X now back to my 3XLT.
I started my weight loss soon after the separation from the wife. Which was March 2007. I was up to 380 lbs and I have dropped 88 lbs down to 293. I have reached a plateau and have decided that the only way to drop down even further was to start educating myself on dieting & exercising.
I've dropped the considerable amount of weight just in watching my calorie intake although I do not know what I am spending but my exercise has only been the gym for light weights & cardio 2 times a week. With recent events in my life I would like to slim down before September 2008. Which is when I go back to school.
I was born flat footed with "Triple Artha Diesis" where my foot was walking off of my ankle which causes me large amount's of pain on a daily basis. I had re constructive surgery on my right foot to which they welded my ankle to my foot. Prior to my surgery I was weighing in about 220 - 230 which irronicly is where I was at prior to my marriage. So I am going to get back to that point at what ever it takes.
Wish I had some plain comparison before pictures but not really but I will take some now that I am actually putting my goals down.
