Hi, new here, I've made a lifestyle change about a month ago and have started eating healthier and exercising. So far I have lost 15lbs and have some more to go, but hey got to start somewhere. I was the same weight for 3 years and I'm tired of it, so now I get off my butt and exercise and avoid fast food at all costs. I can't see any big change looking in the mirror, but my jeans are loose and I have more stamina then I think I ever had. I'm looking foward to learning some new things here.

Congrats on the 15 pounds! :]
What have you been doing? exercise, nutrition wise, that is.

Best of luck to you!

Congrats on the weight loss.

I find many people lose some lbs and don't notice a change at first. And then a 'whoosh effect' happens and the wake up noticing a change what seems like overnight.

Stay positive and focused. The weight will come off.

Welcome aboard. :)

Hi! I'm new also (and living in Texas too -- a transplant from New Orleans post-Katrina). Congratulations on your progress so far and keep it up!
