I've been gaining weight since Thanksgiving and it's no fun. And ever year, I lose weight by crash dieting. I now it's not right so I'm, gonna try getting on this forums and I hope I get good pieces of advise from here.
Welcome to the forum. Read over the stickied threads (as well as a few diaries) to gain valuable knowledge wrt to fitness and nutrition. As long as you view it as a lifestyle and not just a quick fix, you'll do fine. Good luck with it!
