Hi there!
I was browsing around and found this site... I think I am going to really like it here!!
I started trying to lose weight since the start of the new year, and so far so good! I am trying to stay positive, even though at times it is tough. I have researched, and it says for my height and weight (5'7, 200 lbs.) that I should be eating 1,200 calories a day to lose weight. I have been trying really hard to stick with that and workout everyday.
Other than the weight stuff, I am 24 years old, and I teach 2nd grade. I live in Texas, and I have never lived anywhere else!
Thanks in advance for all the support and encouragement... like I said, I can tell I'm really going to like it here!
