Hi everyone,

I'm new here, obviously :) My name is Erica and I am 19 years old. I have been married for 1 year and 3 months. I was 150 lbs when I got married and I put on 30 lbs in the 4 months after marriage. Then I got pregnant. I was at 180 when I got pregnant and I actually didn't gain any weight during pregnancy, the day before I gave birth I weighed 180. I lost 30 lbs in the first 2 weeks postpartum but now I am stuck at 150 again. My goal weight is between 125 and 130. I can't go on any fad diets because I am breastfeeding. I'm hoping to be able to cut my portions in half, stay away from sweets, and drink water instead of pop, juice, kool-aid, etc. and lose weight that way. One thing that is going to make it hard for me is that because I'm on blood thinners I have to stay away from and green vegetables, especially leafy ones, and some select veggies that aren't green like cauiflower, so no salads! And with a new baby I have no time to exercise. Anyway I hope to lose about 20-25 lbs. I'm looking forward to your support.
