Hi there, I've been lurking around the forum for a bit now reading all the inspirational stories here and figured it was my time.
My name's Shell, I'm from southern ontario canada, I peaked at 250 and realized i really needed to do something. I've been on an official diet & exercise schedule for 2 weeks now and I'm down to 223 which I'm very proud of.
My boyfriend has been my main support. He loves me as I am and just wants to make me happy, he's been recording all my details. But I've decided it's time to join up with some people going through the same thing. It's nice to have people to talk to about everything.
I'm on the GI diet, and I recently started running, I'm enjoying seeing the progress in my running. It started off rough, but you have to crawl first i suppose
anywho, enough babbling for now.
Everyone seems supportive and wonderful and your stories are all great, you all must be proud
