Hi,

I've read a few posts before deciding to join this community and they've been very informational. It's good to have all the info in one place.

In my case, It all began a couple of weeks ago when I’ve met a lot of old friends and funnily enough except me, they all noticed that I’ve gained some weight.

It was true, i gained some, but I didn't noticed it because I’ve always been carrying some extra kilos.

At the moment I’m back at my normal weight but all this got me thinking about the future.

I've already started giving up unhealthy food and unnecessary snacks.

So far I've given up bread, coffee, soda and I keep the sugar intake to a minnimum.

And right now I'm considering starting a 10 day 'marathon' of meals consisting mostly veggies and fruits to see how that works for me.

Anyway, a bit too long for an introduction, but what I hope to achieve is a healthier lifestyle and to lose another 5 kg, and keep it that way.
