New here, skinny guy looking to build muscle or even just mass.

Hey there,

I have always been a skinny guy ranging between 135 and 165 over the last ten years. Looking to get into a good diet on a low budget, and find a good routine that doesnt consume a whole lot of time, maybe an hour or two a session. details would be great, like weight, reps, sets and what should be my calorie, protien intake?
