New here, point me in the right direction?

Hey, just joined, I'm 17 and have a pretty small frame. My diet at the minute is pretty crappy but it's getting better and I know nutrition is a big part of this. I want bigger arms and broader shoulders if possible. My arms are tiny, like proper girl arms and so my goal is not to be the next Mr Olympia but rather to just have respectable looking arms. If anyone could point me in the right direction, give me some tips or warn me on what not to do I would be extremely grateful.

The application of nutritional principals, can vary person to person. You didn't give any type of personal information for anyone to help you, specifically.

What are your personal goals?
What equipment do you have to train with? Can you go to a gym?

The new sticky, Evolution posted the other day, will assist you in applying calories, macros (etc) to your personal particulars. Go to the link below, read the information on nutrition, configure your calores for your personal goal, and set your macros. Within this same area are information about various training approaches, and how to apply them more specific to your personal position.

I dont have 15 posts so I can not post urls. Copy and past the information--inbetween the ( ), and replace the -- with tt, into your address line, and it will take you there.
