Hi! I just joined here and would love to support others as well as be supported in my goals. I am 48 years young and am 75 lbs heavier than I should be. My goal is to lose at least 50 lbs of it by February 28 of next year. My son's Bar Mitzvah is in March of 2009 and I want to look good for him and be healthier for me. I live in NJ and do computer work during the day. I am happily married and we have an 11 year old son. My plan is to add water and lower calorie intake while increasing walking and exercise.
