New here & needing motivation :P

Hi everyone,

I have just stumbled across this site and joined up after a quick browse through, it seems to be just the kind of thing I've been looking for. I've been attempting to motivate myself to get back down the gym for years now! In the past I used to go to the gym twice a week and really felt the benifits but after a messy 'life' time I stopped giong. I have been suffering from depression and CFS over the past few years and that's really been a hurdle to jump.
So I'm hoping this site (and it's members!) are going to help me win back my enthusiasm....

I'm planning to ease back in slowly and do some excersises from home 3/4 times a week before I hit the gym again to get some muscle strength back.

I'm a working mum, 4 kids, a husband, and a house to run so I'm in need of a schedule that fits in and don't want to take on too much too soon and loose interest while I'm excersising from home, so any tips welcome there!

Is there a beginners thread here anywhere at all?
