Hello all. I'm new (obviously). *waves* I'm here in search of support, tips, ideas, make new friends. I'm a 30 year old female with type 2 diabetes weighing 185 lbs, down from 220. My goal is to be 140-145, but I've been stuck in the 180's for over a month and it's getting frusterating. I'm losing motivation. I count my calories, I work out 3 times a week at the gym, but nothing seems to be working now. I don't know what to do, and am (this) close to quitting and setteling to be 185.
Any tips? I'm searching the web for "maximum fat loss tips" "fat loss excercises" but can't really grasp the concept of what I should be doing. Anyways, enough of my rambling, let me check this place out. Thanks in advance for your help.
