New here.Need help with exercising, just one simple question.

Hi.As I wrote before,I'm new here.I joined 'cause I need help with something.
I easily get in shape,I used Pilates,Yoga,Aerobic, running, swimming, even got some exercises on my own...
But,I have a problem.I hurt my leg a few years ago.Strained a muscle badily.My left but.Or gluteal muscles XD
Problem is that those muscles on my legs are not the same anymore. And everything I do,the strained ones are slowly progressing.I can feel that.Don't feel them at all, while the other ones are on fire. And I'm really trying to exercise properly.
This all wouldn't be a problem, but I also get in shape in about 2 weeks, because of my body type and healthy food I eat,and the difference is visible.I tried to isolate damaged muscles, but then I get that entire leg stronger than the other one.
Need exercise that will totally isolate that area.
Please,help.

Once you incur an injury, especially a soft tissue injury it can take a long time (up to many years) to heal enough to allow full strength to return. I would recommend you just find a few good compound exercises (like, maybe squats and Romanian dead lifts) that tax the area and start with a light weight and high reps (12-20) and gradually increase the weight and reduce the reps over time (again maybe many months or even years depending on how bad the damage was and your age, fitness level, genetic makeup, etc.). Above all be patient. Remember life is a marathon not a sprint!

Resistance bands are good to workout an injury their inexpensive and there's lots of info online for exercises and benefits etc.! :)
