I am so glad I found this forum, I would like to lose 40-50 pounds. I am currently around 200 pounds, I'm a 5'8'' female and I have lifted weights in the past. I was once in great shape but that was years ago now. I am 30 years old.
My weight loss plan is below. If anyone has any feedback or thinks some things should be done a little differently I would like to hear it. Also I wanted to lose about 2 pounds per week.
Exercise
Cardio: Run, Walk, Spin Class or Do Elliptical 1 hour per day - 6 Days Per Week
Lift Weights 30-60 Min Per Day - 3 Days Per Week
Food
Eat 1200-1400 Calories Per Day- 6 Days Per Week - 1 Cheat Day Per Week- Eat 2000 Calories
What I will Eat:
3 350 calorie meals (Approx.)
2 glasses of red wine at night.
This should be about 1200-1400 per day
I will eat foods chosen from this list: grilled chicken breast (boneless skinless), boiled eggs, Lavash (which is low carb pita like bread from the health food store), baked salmon, steamed vegetables, salad.
