Hi everyone!
I am a 5'8 male currently 160 lbs, and my highest weight has been 171 lbs. I am looking to be 145 lbs within 2 months, and I am trying to see if a support group will affect my progress. I have realized something though, diets do not work. You must make a lifestyle change in order to change yourself in the longterm. I plan to consistently report my weight whenever I can, and I am looking for a weight loss buddy!
Starting today sept 6th I am 160 lbs.
