Hi, My name is Omayra im 14 years old
. I'm a girl by the way. I just recently started my diet on monday January 18, 2009. My height is about 5'4 5'5 I weigh about 160 pounds.
I am doing a 3 meal a day diet. Which consists of
Morning around 6:50 - Banana
Afternoon in school around 10:00 - 12:30: I eat apples
Dinner around : 3:00 -4:00 - I usually eating chicken with asparagus or zucchini or meat with asparagus or zucchini. Sometimes my mom make broccoli soup.
And that's all I eat the whole day. Tomorrow I'm gonna start running with my brother for 30 min. These are pics of my stomach :

Oh and if anybody has any suggestions on what I should do to exercise or what should I eat then feel free to comment.
