New here, Just Joined!

Hey everybody I'm Jon and after finding this great site several months ago I decided why the heck not so I joined.

I've had a gym membership for the past 3 years or so and I haven't done anything constructive with it yet (although I've tried on many occasions). So I have come here to see if I can get some great advice on a weight training routine and some help with nutrition.

I can't say enough about how informative this website is when I stumbled upon it. It really is a wealth of information.

Thanks to all that welcome me and that have contributed valuable information to the boards.

First thing you need is motivation. Do you have a friend you can get to come to the gym with you? It is fun, I see so many people do it at the gym, they end up training each other :)
