Hi there!

I needed some motivation so here I am hoping to find some community that might help motivate me to stay on task. I have found since I really started losing weight (May 2009) that I have to write things down to be accountable or I give up or get off task.

I have been off fast food since May 2009!! During that summer I was losing weight and my rule was not only no fast food but also no junk. I did end up having junk every once in a while but I logged it all down trying to keep it very low and counting calories the entire time. From May 2009 to about November 2009 I lost about 50 lbs. Since I have been working on maintaining and went back to not logging junk and calories it is very hard and I have gained 20lbs back. I just want to lose that again and be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle when I'm not dieting (when I ever get to that point!!!). I just pretty much have to watch what I do all the time because I will gain weight if I don't.

I've been trying to start over and over to lose this 20 and keep messing up..... Got a good start the last 2wks did awesome.. lost about 4 then got my period and gained it back. Now I'm back in a slump so looking for some people to chat with who are also trying to stay motivated.... have a totally healthy day! :0)
