Hello MixzZ and welcome to the forum.
First off, weight loss is a process. A long and slow process with lot of tweeking and fine turning along the way. You indicated that you have been on your plan for approx. 1 week. Congrats for taking the first step, it's a hard one! Now, be patient

I know it's hard, but results don't happen overnight. And people only lose 20 pounds / week on 'reality' tv.
Must of us hope for a loss of 1% of our weight every week, putting you at 2.7 pounds per week. Now, since you've started - have you lost ANY weight? Or, just 'not enough' in your opinion?
In order to lose weight, your calories IN should be less than your calories OUT. Per an online calculator I found online, you should eat around 2000-2400 calories / day to lose weight (exercising 3x / week). How are you tracking your food / ensuring 1800 calories per day. Do you weigh your food, measuring everything? You may be eating more than 1800 calories per day without realizing it.
Good luck to you!
