Hi, Im new here and my names Jeff. Im 6'4" and currently weigh 225 lbs.
So, Ive always been extremely into sports my whole life and it's kind of balanced out my love for food. Well of course as I've gotten busier(High School/College and Work) I got less active, and as I got less active I peaked at 249. So at that point I decided I needed to start losing weight. I started mainly just dieting and kept excercising about twice a week. I started running daily for about 30 min now but Im not seeing any difference yet. Im down to 225 now(have been for a month without any success) and looking to get to about 195-200, but Ive seemingly hit a plateau and need some advice for reaching my goal.
