Hello everyone. I am new to the forum and was wondering if anyone can give me some weight loss tips. I am 24 years old and I am getting married in Sept. I am not fat but I am not happy with my weight. I just feel like I have such a fat stomach. I am 5'4 and weigh about 135lbs. I know thats not bad but I have a gut. It seems like as soon as I hit 24 and started birth control my metabolism came to a scratching halt. I am a very very active person. I am a hairdresser that works full time (in the evenings) I own two horses that I show at the regional level ( I ride 5-6 days a week) 3 times a week I clean 30 stalls and feed 30 horses and then 2-3 days a week I do hair out of the house for family and friends. I cut the lawn do all the house work. I am a super active person. I don't have time to go to the gym let alone take a walk because I am so tired. For example here is an average day.
5:30 wake up
6:15 arrive at barn clean stalls and feed
9:00 finish stalls start tacking horses up
10:30 finish horses
11:30 get home clean, laundry, cut grass
1:00 get ready for work
2:00 work
8:00 get off work
8:30- 10:30 extra hair
I guess my only huge fault is I don't get home early and eat late. I don't have a choice even if I pack dinner sometimes I don't have time to eat it until 8. I don't drink pop only water sometimes with crystal. I don't know what to do. Any advice.
