New Here, but not new to dieting!

Well, I am new here as well. I have about 150 lbs to loose to reach my first goal of 170lbs. Just looking for some inspiration and motivation and I am hoping I will find it here. I am exercising, cardio and weight training on my own, and I am trying to eat less and more healthy. Anyway if there is anyone out there with the same amount of weight to loose and would like a friend, please drop me a line.

Heya, welcome to the forums :)

Good to see new people all the time! Go start a diary thread so you can keep track of your diet, and check out the Before/After pics for some inspiration (if you havnt already)
