I work out 5 to 6 days a week for about a total of a hour!(thats not including rests)
Chest/Tricep/Legs/Light on the abs!
Bench Press
Incline Press
Decline Press
Tricep Push Down w/cable
Tricep Extensions
Military Dumbell Press
Leg Press
Squat
Dead Lift
Leg Extensions
Back/Bicep/Forearm/Light on the abs!
Lat Pull Down
Lat Row
Bicep curls w/cable
bicep curl w/ez bar
hammer curl
seated curl
upright rows
a couple other misc. but that the exercises.....
i use gakic...luekic....creactic....mega men multi vitamin...green tea extrack...and a fat burner called take off...and my whey protien!
