New here and need support!!

Hello everyone! just joined here. alittle about me... im 5 ft 4in and i way 170.... overweight and time for a change :) only problem... i can NEVER stay motivated and on track...hoping ill get some help here! my boyfriends helps as he can but (curse him) he eats whatever he wants and NEVER gains weight... so its hard for me.... im not looking to get a bodybuilder tyoe body just wants to tone up and lose weight.. .and advice is greatly appreciated!

I'd suggest three things. One, work out a system for weight loss (a method of dieting and exercise- for example, I calorie count and go to the gym). Two, work out fun ways of staying within that system/ plan (I have some low calorie meals and treats I incorporate into my diet relatively frequently so I don't feel like I'm depriving myself). Three, head on over to the diary section and have a look at people's diaries for advice (and 3a, if you feel comfortable, set up one of your own- you'll get support and advice that way)
