Hey all,
I am new here and could really use some advice on how to maintane the weight I have lost :).

If anyone has any suggestions, that would be great.

It's important to know that even after you lose the weight, you still have to work hard to keep it off. To do this, you must be consistant with a healthy long-term lifestyle. It's not about dieting, it's about a lifestyle that you can keep and manage. There is no quick fix if you want long-term results.

You need to go to the gym or exercise every week, depending on your schedule. Make time for it! Don't just find time to work out. Do a combo of weight training and cardio.
The food you eat is also every important. Stay in your calorie range, get enought good carbs, enough PROTEIN, and healthy fats.

examples:
turkey
lean beef
chicken
fish
tuna
whole wheat bread
whole wheat pasta
sweet potatoes
VEGGIES
FRUIT
low fat yogurt
cottage cheese
egg whites

the list goes on...

6 small meals a day works well for me. Each meal should have a complete carb and protein.
