Hi, my name is Meredith and I am 5' 1' and weigh 160 lbs.
That may seem like a lot, but when i was a size 0 I weighed 130. I'm a dense, muscley type gal I guess. But, more to the point, I just got a job at Yellowstone that starts in late july. I set out to get more May 31st fit so I could go on hikes at 7000 ft!
Well anywho, I've been biking 10-30 miles a day, walking an hour a day, running stairs at the highschool football stadium and doing crunches, pushups and yoga. Basically being very focused. I eat about 1500-1800 calories a day. No drinks except water and plain coffee, and NO junk.
I think I look better but the scale just keeps fluctuating about 4 lbs after I lost 4 lbs. Is there anyone else that had a slow start? Am I doing something wrong? Am I overthinking? Any feedback would be great! Here is a pic of me as of recent. My face is always that round. Even when I'm thin!View attachment 10157
