Hi all. Once in awhile I will fall off the bandwagon and cheat a little on my diet. Last night I ate some pizza and a handful of candies. When I got on the scale this morning I had gained 3lbs back! It will take me all week to re-lose that weight. How is it possible that 2 slices of pizza and some reeses pieces add up to 3lbs?!?

I know how you feel. I'm just getting started on this weight things again. Yet this time I feel confident that I'll make it. I now know that I am an emotion eater and right now I'm really going through some stuff...WHO'S NOT?? Yet I try not to beat myself up or let myself think of myself as a failure. Just keep in mind that this is a process and that YOUR WORTH the FIGHT for good health. Hope this helps.
