New help me!!!!! Stuck in a rut!

Ive been changing my life and losing weight for quite some time with varied results. My true weight loss started at the end of September when I weighed 255. I now weigh 215. I recently started running 4 miles a day and it seems my weight loss has halted. I cannot get past 215 for about 2 weeks now. Nothing has changed except my new running regimen. What can I do to get these 15 pounds off and get to my first goal? I spend 2 hours at the gym everyday, one hour weight training and the other cardio. Help would be greater appreciated!
 
Can you let us know about your nutrition? Also, do you have other indicators of success? For me some weeks the scale doesn't move or even goes up. I have found that measuring myself, reducing my heart rate during running or being able to lift more show me that I am still improving even if the scale isn't moving. The motivation to continue and celebrate small victories are important. You have done well so far and you will bust through your plateau.
 
What does your workout consist of? On a routine day-to-day what do your meals look like/are you dieting? Are you taking any supplements right now? It can be really frustrating once you hit that wall, but all it takes is a new "change" in what your routine is to break through that wall. Keep after it!!!
