Ive been changing my life and losing weight for quite some time with varied results. My true weight loss started at the end of September when I weighed 255. I now weigh 215. I recently started running 4 miles a day and it seems my weight loss has halted. I cannot get past 215 for about 2 weeks now. Nothing has changed except my new running regimen. What can I do to get these 15 pounds off and get to my first goal? I spend 2 hours at the gym everyday, one hour weight training and the other cardio. Help would be greater appreciated!
