My name's Joe, 21 years old, student from the UK. New to the forum, glad to be here hopefully learn something from all the professionals. I've joined the forum because I have recently quit smoking, and have got back into my fitness, both CV and body building. Member of a gym and attend 3 days a week, after 6 weeks I will see a trainer again to check my progress but I have a beast regime to stick to which is around 21 different weight training techniques! At the moment I am constantly in pain (especially my chest :action8
but I know it is all worth the pain, for my health and for feeling damn good about myself and soon looking damn good too!
I have questions, but I won't post those here, I shall do so in the appropriate categories. So anyway, hi all and glad to be here with similar folk.
