Hey all. Name is Rob, I am 22 and from Ontario Canada.
Just thought I would make an intro post. Have been reading the boards and see lots of great info and stories.
As I sit here, I am about 6'5", and 250lbs. I worked the last 2 years on wierd hours, in a call center with a food court, and gained alot. I have left there and looking to loose a good 30lbs over the winter and into next summer, nothing too serious.
I bought a bike last week and have been out every day. Also started back into weights. Biggest change has been cutting fast food and a few bad things (chips, fries, sweets) out of my diet. No real plan, just try to take the better choice each time I goto eat, and hope it shows over a few months.
Anyway, can't wait for spring
