Sick!!!
Feeling sorry for myself, I am home all alone because I have an stupid head cold, and the family is at church tonite and I am BORED! On an positive note I am down another pound and physically feeling good. Went on an 45 minute snowmobile ride yesterday, and wow what a difference it is riding that machine now. It is much easier holding on to that arctic cat 900 at 285lbs compared to 316lbs.This morning I wasnt all sore and beat up. Also happy because I have a "thin shirt" that my mom had bought for me 2 years ago,that i have never been able to wear, its a size xl. I can actually button it now!!! Still along way to go before I can actually wear it in public and be comfortable, but it is proof positive that this monster gut off mine is shrinking. I really am glad i found this site. It is helping me alot..Thank you all who share and contribute such personal information. It really is inspiring.
