Greetings all! just taking a quick minute to introduce myself, I am a 26 year old male, out of the army for about two years now, didnt even really notice I was getting out of shape and then one day I woke up and weighed 250 lbs...Made a promise to myself to quit smoking and i've succesfully done that for about a month now, also to get in shape i joined a local "biggest loser" style contest, been at it for about a week now and it's going well, great info all over this system i've noticed thanks for all the ideas and I look forward to getting to know some of you!

Welcome to WLF. My DH got out of the Army last Feb.!! yesss!!!! LoL. I just wish he would realize that he can't eat the same way he did when he had PT every morning :coolgleamA:

running @ 6mph for 20 minutes - 372cal
walking @ 3mph for 20 minutes - 130cal
moderate weight lifting for 15 minutes - 83cal

585calories = new record in post fat era :) this site is great! Keeps me very motivated!
