My name is Daniel and im 23. For some reason Ive let myself eat way too much, and too much of the wrong stuff. Well, just like the most of you, Im getting sick and tired of having to suck in my gut, sit with my back straight, wear certain clothing, just to try and create the appearence of not being as fat as people KNOW I am! Lets face it, none of that shit works, never has, never will! So im left with only 1 option, to suck it up, and get the train rollin so i can start bouncing ping pong balls off my abs. Heres some quick stats:
Weight: 220 lbs
Height: 5'9
Physique: Big boned, broad shoulders, pretty stock
I will be posting my picture soon, so I can get embarrased and by that, fuel my desire to succeed even more!
As a rookie I do have a question
1. Ive read that 30% of my daily food should be FAT. Now i always thought you want the sticker to show lowest possible fat content. If 30% is correct, how do I then tell between GOOD fat content, and bad fat content? Last but not least, what happens if I do eat 5-6 healthy meals per day, but dont take in alot of fat??
