Hey guys, new here, started out at 280 in january and now Im down to 250. I started a diary titled "in it to win it" if you want to learn more about my routine. Anyways, lookin forward to swapping some ideas you y'all (yes, Im from Texas.)
 
welcome, sounds like your on your way. im new here myself, im at 268. my overall goal for the year is 220. if u have any tips im all ears!
 
Thanks and thanks, the best advise I can give is keep your head in it. Ive been hittin plateaus at 255 and now Im bustin through 250 after almost two weeks each.
