Hi everyone, just thought I would do a quick intro. I am on here for the same reasons as everyone else. I need a lifestyle change, and I'm looking for a good info source, and support. I'm currently 24 years old. The last few years of my life has been spent concentrating on my career, and putting everythign else on the back burner. I have neglected myself, and my body. My senior year of high school, I was a fairly I was a fairly muscular build at 5'11" 210 lbs. Over the last 5-6 years my weight has grown to 300 lbs. I recognize alot of the issues that have continued my weight gain. Due to a hectic work schedule I end up eating way too much fast food, and finding excuses to not spend time in the gym. However, I am ready for a change, and plan to use this forum as a information source towards a better me. Wish me luck!!!
