Hey whats up.
Basically I'm trying to get fit enough to be able to pass BUDs. (basic underwater demolition seal training) for the navy. Currently im around 220 @ about 19% bodyfat.

I am 230 lbs currently, so kind of close to how you are. I am also 6'3".

Want to do this together? I have a plan that worked and works. I just need someone else with me.


My plan is to eat fat free yogurt/kefir and mix it with powder that has all the vitamins/nutrients/proteins I need.
